My best friends Grandmother just passed away earlier this week.Ironically, it was also the four year anniversary of my Uncle's passing...Got me to thinking about Grief and how we deal with loss and sadness.

None of us are exempt from loss- This is the common thread we all share.I find it reassuring to know that in any given situation, we have choices and that in the case of grief and mourning- It is okay to be sad, but it is also okay to make peace.
